FOUND AN
APARTMENT: Hi! just
wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I did find an
apartment using your service! It's a nice 3 bedroom place that looks
like a small guest house from outside....because it's attached to a
split foyer home. It's in a real quiet area in Halifax which
is 20 miles North of Harrisburg,...it's on a private
driveway...there are two other houses that share the driveways, but
I have a space for three vehicles in front of the house. It has a
front and side yard, provision for washer and dryer (HOORAY!!!)
and the landlord doesn't mind cats as I have two. Best
of all, the rent is reasonable at $495. per month...although the
place is all electric... the windows look to be in good shape and
the place seems well insulated. Anyway, I really thank you!
Moving is tough enough as it is...let alone the hassle of finding a place to begin with. Your
listings made it real easy, as I didn't have to fool with the
listings in the paper which are always vague at best, and not have
to trudge all over creation trying to find a new place. I've
recommended you to friends who are looking for a place as

you know that we have moved from our old homes and are living in our
first apartment together. If it weren't for Always Rentals, we never
would have found this wonderful place. It is private, within our
price range, and very spacious...Everything we were looking

JORDAN: We did
find an apartment for our daughter thanks to the listing sheet
that you provided with us. It was really quite helpful because as
you may remember we did not have much time to find something. We had
checked out a few other places on our lists and for one reason or
another they did not work out. We were feeling quite desperate by
Sunday morning as we had to leave Monday. When we called XYZ
apartments, they told us that the studio apt. that was coming
available hadn't been listed yet and that they were not going to
rent to students. However, she let us come take a look just in case.
Well they liked Mandi and agreed to rent the studio to her. We
did not have to start the lease until June 1. So with all that to
say, I wish we had just started our search with your agency and
saved ourselves a lot of time and confusion. It is very
difficult to find a rental when you are totally unfamiliar with the
area. You were very patient and kind. The world of rentals was
completely new to us and your service was a blessing. Mandi will be
moving back there soon and is looking forward to her new
